By accessing or using the M-Seedly platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

As a fundraiser organizer, you agree to use donations only for described purposes and comply with all applicable laws.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Platform fee: 5% + payment processing fees.

You agree not to engage in illegal activities, post false information, harass others, or interfere with platform operations.

The platform and its content are owned by M-Seedly and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M-Seedly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
