Create an account, click "Start a Campaign", set your goal, tell your story, and launch. Most campaigns are approved within 2-4 hours. Make sure to add compelling photos and a clear description of how funds will be used.

Donations are processed securely through M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are PCI-DSS compliant with bank-level encryption. Donors receive instant confirmation and receipts.

Go to your campaign dashboard, click "Withdraw", select your method (bank or M-Pesa), enter the amount, and submit. Withdrawals are processed within 2-3 business days. M-Pesa withdrawals are usually faster (often within 24 hours).

We charge a 5% platform fee and a flat KES 30 transaction fee per donation. There are no setup, monthly, or withdrawal fees. On average, fundraisers keep approximately 92.5% of each donation. Learn more about fees →

Yes! You can invite team members as co-organizers from your campaign dashboard. They can help manage updates, respond to donors, and track progress. All co-organizers must have M-Seedly accounts.

First withdrawal: 3-5 business days for identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals: 2-3 business days. M-Pesa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours once verified.
