Starting a fundraiser is simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Create an account or log in to your existing account
2. Click "Start a Campaign" from your dashboard
3. Choose your fundraiser type (personal, medical, education, etc.)
4. Set a realistic fundraising goal and deadline
5. Tell your story with compelling text and images
6. Add a video to increase engagement (optional but recommended)
7. Review and launch your campaign

Most campaigns are approved within 2-4 hours during business days.

Donations are securely processed through our PCI-compliant payment partners:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Processed through secure payment gateways
• Mobile Money (M-Pesa): Instant processing with confirmation messages
• Bank Transfers: Processed within 1-2 business days

All donations are held securely in escrow until you're ready to withdraw. You'll see donations in your dashboard minus our transparent platform and processing fees.

Withdrawing funds is simple and free:

1. Go to your campaign dashboard
2. Click on the "Withdraw" button
3. Select your preferred withdrawal method (bank transfer, mobile money)
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
5. Confirm your banking details
6. Submit your request

Withdrawals are typically processed within 2-3 business days. There are no fees for withdrawals.

Yes! You can add team members as co-organizers to help manage your campaign:

• From your campaign dashboard, go to "Team Management"
• Invite team members via email
• Set permissions for each team member (edit campaign, view donations, etc.)
• Team members will need to create accounts to access the campaign

This is especially helpful for large campaigns or when fundraising for someone else.

We believe in transparent pricing:

• Platform fee: 5% of each donation
• Transaction fee: 30 KES per donation
• No hidden fees: No setup fees, monthly fees, or withdrawal fees

These fees help us maintain a secure platform, provide customer support, and continue improving our services. On average, fundraisers keep 92.5% of each donation.

The timeline for receiving funds depends on several factors:

• First-time withdrawals: May take 3-5 business days for verification
• Subsequent withdrawals: Typically processed within 2-3 business days
• Payment method: Mobile money transfers are often faster than bank transfers
