How does the platform ensure the legitimacy of campaigns?
We have a dedicated team that reviews each campaign before it goes live. We verify organizer identity and require documentation for specific types of campaigns. Our community also helps flag any suspicious activity.
What fees do you charge?
We charge a small platform fee of 5% + KES 30 per transaction to cover payment processing and maintain our services. There are no hidden fees, and organizers receive the full amount raised minus these processing fees.
How are funds delivered to organizers?
Funds are transferred directly to the organizer's bank account within 5-7 business days after the campaign ends. We support multiple payment methods including M-Pesa and bank transfers.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes, you can choose to donate anonymously. Your contribution will still be counted in the total, but your name won't be visible to the public or the organizer.
What happens if a campaign doesn't reach its goal?
Organizers still receive all funds raised, even if they don't reach their goal. We believe every contribution matters and should go to the intended cause.
